Full and partial refurbishments for Poole’s period and character homes
Much of Poole’s housing stock dates from the 1920s and 1930s, particularly across Parkstone and Branksome, alongside a growing number of more contemporary homes nearer the coast. Refurbishing either type calls for a different approach — respecting original character in an older property, or working within a more recent structure’s existing architecture — and we take on both regularly.
Our Canford Cliffs Road project, a contemporary chalet-style refurbishment in Poole, is a good example: oak-framed architecture combined with a high-specification interior, completed to the same standard as our new build work.
